Electricity through Wild Rice Electric- Paid by renter

Water- Requires Electricity

Sewer- 1500gal septic tank- Renter arranges and pays to pump when needed and at the end of the season.

Lake access with dock 1/4 mi from camp site.

Personal Dock- 1 side included in season rent. Fee to use both sides (other side will be rented out if you decide you don't want both sides.)

Friendly pets welcome.

Renter responsible for mowing and upkeep of the grounds

$500 deposit- refundable if no issues arise

$3500 due up front for the season
