Does not run, but engine is not locked up. 6v system has been removed and a 12v kit is included. Needs new starter, lines, etc. Solid body and frame, all glass intact, title in hand. Can't find anyone to do it for a reasonable price, so with much sadness, I need to let it go. 7500 obo
