2008 Rockwood Forest River Signature Ultra-Lite Bumper Hitch Trailer 8318 SS. Updated inside to cozy more modern look. Needs new hot water heater. We used for a few years and never found we needed it. Has newer tires and spare. Awnings should be replaced as have some tears but still usable. Also dosnt have couch as when we bought it it had a huge hole in it so we used lawn chairs and an air mattress when needing extra sleep area but could use a futon for extra seating/sleep room. Was a very roomy great camper for a family of 6. Text is best
