ISO 2 bedroom, pet friendly rental! Desperate plea for help!

I am a 37 yr old single mother of a 9 yr old child. Her father and i have 5050 custody. I have an 11 yr old black lab who is lazy and barely ever barks. I'm currently unable to find anywhere to live. Ive dealt with some scammers out of desperation. I've also applied w the dept of human services to see if i can find any help with this. 00

I am hoping to find a landlord who is interested in long term stability as far as a tenant landlord relationships go. I'm a good tenant and can provide rental references. I have prior evictions but never for being a disruptive6 or destructive tenant. I can provide references from individuals who worked for the companies that evicted me. Im looking for a landlord who is willing to have an open dialog.

I have consistent full time paychecks, a vehicle, and no criminal history.

I'm unable to find any landlord that doesn't reject me automatically for being labeled as having prior evictions. I don't have great credit. But I'm* trying to create a stable future for myself and the mouths i support. Im hoping to find a landlord that has the same goals.

Please, any help you can offer would be appreciated and valued. Please help me find a place to live that will create a new chapter for me and my family. Looking to move in asap and get paid every 2 weeks and have pay stubs.
