The City of Elgin reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Top 3 bidders can raise their bid at bid opening.

Bids will be received until Wednesday December 4th, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the City Hall 305 North Main St, Elgin, ND 58533. Or by Mail to City of Elgin, PO Box 426 Elgin, ND 58533. If mailing bit please Submit sealed bid labeled FINISHING MOWER.

Bids will be opened at 7:30 P.M. December 5th, 2024 at the Regular City Council Meeting located in the Council Room at 305 N Main St. Elgin, ND.
