I'm looking for a OEM 11-14 Dodge Charger Trunk Mounted LED Center 3rd Taillight Tail Light Lamp for my 2014 dodge charger!

when i bought the car from the dealership. I have notice on mine that the lower led light comes on.

But the top led light does not come on. but there is a wire for the light but someone has cut, bare at the end of wire, when i plug it to the other light wire it will knocked the left taillight out..... So im guessing its something to with wiring harness that who ever cut and splice wires....
