Tiny House/Park Model Home/RV 8x24

In 2015 we built a tiny home on a trailer and we successfully lived in it for the past 8 years. It's now for sale! What you would buy is technically an 8' x 24' triple axle trailer. Wheels are still attached.

Bedrooms: Once had 5 adults sleeping it! Regularly had 2 adults and 2 children sleeping in it. King mattress in one loft, twin mattress in other, couch doubles as twin mattress

Bathroom: full size toilet, sink (small) , and shower (3'x3')

Kitchen: 24" wide stove/oven, full size sink, various drawers and cabinets and shelves, apartment sized Fridge/Freezer

*there is a combo washer/dryer in the kitchen

*there is a kitchen table 3'x3'

Living room: can be curtained off for privacy, couch doubles as twin bed

Closet: with door, rod, drawers, and shoe rack

Water heater below the kitchen sink (10 gallon). Air conditioner attached. "baseboard heating" throughout. Spray foam insulation.

Needs to be attached to sources of power and water. (used to have RV attachments and was in an RV park but was then set up more permanently). Ready to move!
